Getting in:
Present your pass at any of the reception counters located on Lower Ground Floor, At The Top entrance, opposite the Food Court, The Dubai Mall. You’ll receive a timed ticket for admission to the Burj Khalifa. If this is your first attraction visit, it will activate your pass; your pass must be valid the day you receive your ticket for the Burj Khalifa. Based on availability, you could receive a ticket for a later date, but your pass will be scanned and activated when you scan your pass at Will Call.
Open:
Opens at 8:00 am with first entrance to At The Top at 8:30 am. / Prime hours are subject to change. Last entry is 45 minutes prior to closing.
Notes:
You may redeem your pass for a Burj Khalifa ticket only once per life of card.
