Getting in:

Present your pass at any of the reception counters located on Lower Ground Floor, At The Top entrance, opposite the Food Court, The Dubai Mall. You’ll receive a timed ticket for admission to the Burj Khalifa. If this is your first attraction visit, it will activate your pass; your pass must be valid the day you receive your ticket for the Burj Khalifa. Based on availability, you could receive a ticket for a later date, but your pass will be scanned and activated when you scan your pass at Will Call.

MOTIONGATE™ Dubai:

/ Saturday-Wednesday, 4:00 pm-11:00 pm; / Thursday and Friday, 4:00 pm-12:00 noon.

Bollywood Parks™ Dubai:

/ Saturday-Wednesday, 4:00 pm-11:00 pm; / Thursday and Friday, 4:00 pm-12:00 noon.
