Getting in:

Present your pass at any of the reception counters located on Lower Ground Floor, At The Top entrance,
opposite the Food Court, The Dubai Mall. You’ll receive a timed ticket for admission to the Burj Khalifa. If this is your
first attraction visit, it will activate your pass; your pass must be valid the day you receive your ticket for the Burj Khalifa.
Based on availability, you could receive a ticket for a later date, but your pass will be scanned and activated when you
scan your pass at Will Call.

Reserve:

Reservations are required 24-hours in advance. Customers are required to provide a mobile telephone

Cancellations must be made by telephone or email at least 4 hours before the confirmed reservation time. Failing to do
so will still result in this attraction being redeemed off of your pass.

Notes:

Windsurfing is not available for children.
Class could be cancelled if there is no wind or replaced by kayking/SUP.
